Solr - Tomcat UTF-8 Encoding

To Support Unicode Characters with Solr and Tomcat, you need to have additional settings :-

<Server ...>
 <Service ...>
   <Connector ... URIEncoding="UTF-8"/>
     ...
   </Connector>
 </Service>
</Server>
